Samuel Heath & Sons PLC established a defined retirement benefit scheme for employees in 1967. Employee members on 30 April 2005 ceased to accrue further benefits when a replacement scheme was offered. The Trustees administer the Scheme in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules.
